Our oldest (now 17) crept into our room nightly for so many years we thought for sure he would still be coming in some day with a wife. He has stopped sneaking in, now he just walks in and plunks himself down on the side of the bed and talks (for what seems like forever when he comes in at midnight). It is his time with Mom and Dad. I wouldn't trade those talks for any amount of sleep cause I know one day very soon, he will be out on his own and I will miss those quiet, very informative chats :) (one hint--the only thing that saved me room in the bed all those years was telling him he could come in but one of the things he had to bring was a sleeping bag to sleep beside the bed---it saved me from many elbows in the eye:) Thanks so much for the laugh this morning!
